House rules Pienter
1. Drugs are strictly prohibited, and if found in use, they will be confiscated from the participant. Drug use can result in expulsion from the camp. This includes the use of marijuana.
2. No participant may bring their own alcohol to the camp - only alcohol that is sold by the official Pienter bar may be consumed. If other alcohol is found, it will be confiscated from the participant.
3. Pientercamp needs to be a safe space for all participants. Any reports of harassment, bullying, or other unacceptable behavior will be investigated by the Pienter Committee and the confidential contact persons. If a participant is found guilty of such conduct, they may be asked to leave the camp.
4. Repeat offenses (i.e., Multiple acts from a participant that do not respect these house rules or the rules of the Loryann) will likely result in the expulsion of the participant from the camp.
5. The Pienter Committee reserves the right to expel any participant from the premises and will drive back to Groningen any participant that does not comply with the above code of conduct. Confiscated items will be returned to the participants at the end of the camp unless their possession/use is illegal, in which case law enforcement will be involved.
6. FMF, T.F.V. 'Professor Francken', Sirius A and their respective board members nor the Pienter Committee can be held responsible for any damages done to/loss of personal property.
7. All activities done at Pienterkamp are on a voluntary basis and at own risk, FMF, T.F.V. 'Professor Francken', Sirius A and their respective board members nor the Pienter Committee can be held responsible for injury.

House rules Loryann
Intentionally and falsely activating the fire alarm will result in a fine of +/- 1000 euro
Smoking in the sleeping halls and kitchens is prohibited
After 22.00 it needs to be quiet inside and outside the buildings
Respect the neighbors and other people living in the proximity of the accommodation
Damage done to the property will be fined appropriately
Staying at the accommodation is at your own risk
